The QMT Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Alicia Kilman is joining Quincy Music Theatre as our new full time Executive Director. She officially begins her role on Monday, Nov 17.

Alicia comes to QMT with a strong background in nonprofit leadership, arts education, marketing and community engagement. As the co-founder and Executive Director of the Performing Arts Collective of Tallahassee, she helped guide the organization’s growth, strengthen youth programming, and build meaningful partnerships with institutions across our region’s cultural landscape — including the FSU Film School, FAMU Education Foundation, the National Endowment for the Arts, and the Council on Culture & the Arts (COCA). Her work with COCA and other arts institutions reflects her deep understanding of regional arts networks and her commitment to building collaborative, community-centered initiatives.

Her professional experience also includes roles in marketing, development, and nonprofit administration with cultural and service organizations throughout North Florida. Across these roles, Alicia has focused on expanding access to the arts, supporting creative communities, and building strong relationships with local partners.

Alicia has shared with us how inspired she has been by the passion and dedication driving QMT, and how meaningful it will be to contribute to a theatre with such a strong sense of community. We are excited for the leadership, creativity, and community spirit Alicia brings to QMT as we begin this next chapter.

Please join us in giving her a warm welcome.
