Need to exchange your show tickets?

1. Locate your ticket confirmation email from ThunderTix.
2. Click the “Exchange your Tickets” button/link in the email.
3. Select the tickets you want to exchange.
4. Choose a new event or performance from the available options.
5. Proceed to checkout to finalize the exchange.

This process allows customers to swap their tickets without needing direct assistance from theatre staff. If this “button” is NOT visible in your email, please submit your request via the below contact form.

The Box Office is open Wednesday-Friday from 2-5 and 1 hour before each performance. To receive the fastest response, please fill out your inquiry in the below contact form. We typically respond within 1-3 business days. For urgent matters, please include ‘URGENT’ at the beginning of your subject line so we can prioritize your request.
