Quincy Music Theatre is accepting director applications for our 2026 Summer Youth Series, featuring Madagascar Jr. (ages 7–15) and The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical (ages 15–19). These programs introduce young performers to the collaborative process of theatre while building skills, confidence, and ownership of a fully staged production on the QMT stage. We’re looking for directors who enjoy mentoring young artists, shaping a positive rehearsal environment, and balancing strong storytelling with age-appropriate training and growth.
