Alicia Kilman
Executive Director
Alicia Killman is a nonprofit leader with more than a decade of experience in arts programming and community-focused strategy. Her background includes work with the FSU Film School, FAMU Education Foundation, the National Endowment for the Arts, and the Council on Culture & the Arts, helping expand access to creative opportunities throughout the region.
Craig Grafmiller
Scenic Carpenter
Craig brings decades of mechanical design and hands-on craftsmanship to his work at QMT. With a background in engineering, blueprint reading, and CAD design, he approaches set construction with both technical precision and practical problem-solving. A longtime volunteer and now Scenic Carpenter, he applies the same skill and care he’s known for in his community work—from home renovation projects to building accessibility structures for those in need.
Ella Leaman
Social Media Intern
Ella Leaman is a Tallahassee native with longtime ties to QMT, where she grew up performing in local productions and remains active in the community theatre scene. Currently pursuing her A.A. at TSC, she also serves on the board of Together Tallahassee, contributing to the organization’s social media efforts. With a strong interest in digital communication, Ella supports QMT’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
